I’m so glad you found me!

The process of finding the right therapist for your needs can be tricky. I’d like to share a little about my therapy philosophy to see if my care is what you you’re looking for.

Even if you currently aren’t feeling very positive, maybe you are struggling with one of life’s many challenges, grief, depression, anxiety, betrayal, disappointment, the list goes on, I will support you on your path, taking the time to explore your past, so that we can work together to sketch your future and move towards finding your own joy in life again. I believe that positive thoughts create a ripple of compassion for yourself and for others around you.

I also believe if we use the resources around us and within us, we can walk toward a better path. It may take some time and effort, but I will be there to help guide and support you to find those resources, or remind you of them.
